Today's note is written by Ha, one of Our Dorothea's Project Legacy teachers. Enjoy reading. Ha has come on board to transform kids live through love and compassion. Her heart is evident in her daily work.
It has been over 8 months since I worked and trained at GIBTKs. I have learned many valuable things. I have become more confident and make sure that I would like to achieve success at GIBTKs Organization. Today I want to share my feelings and thoughts to be working with GIBTKs.
Before coming to work at GIBTKs, I used to be a teacher at a high school in Dong Nai Province. After a short time, I moved to Da Nang City. Fortunately, I learned about GIBTKs through my friends. This is the first time I have worked for a foreign Organization, so I feel excited. The most interesting thing is the working environment. Everyone is friendly and enthusiastic. They are willing to share and help at all times.
But the best amazing thing I have experienced during working here is the children. For me, these children are special. They are different from other children because they are those who have been abandoned or orphaned. Many times, I wonder to myself that without GIBTKs Organization, how would their life be? I promise myself that I will try to do my best so that I can contribute a little bit of effort in changing their future.
Although sometimes I have troubles when I teach them, even I used to have the feeling of hurt because of their behaviors, I am always looking forward to changing them positively from them day to day.
I think that they can understand what we did for them, so they prove that they have changed better every day. Frankly speaking, without saying anything, I feel so happy when they become good and obedient students. For me, these children are not only my students but also an important part in my life. I want to see more of their smiles as well as growth in the future.
Thanks to the GIBTKs Organization, I deeply understand that the most significant key toconnecteveryone closer is love and mutual understanding. Once again, I am extremely grateful to GIBTKs because the organization creates for me a good chance to develop my career. I wish GIBTKs would develop further and achieve many glorious successes in the future.
