Diem, an 11th grader, has faced unimaginable hardships. After losing her father in a tragic accident in 2019, her mother became the sole provider, juggling two jobs to care for Diem and her siblings. Tutoring, a luxury for most, was out of reach, but Diem never let go of her dreams.

In June 2023, everything changed when she joined the Dorothea's Project Legacy 5. There, she not only received academic support but also life skills and career guidance. soft skills, meaningful activities,etc...

Over the past year, Diem has blossomed into a confident, determined young woman with a clear goal: to become a professional fashion designer who helps others feel confident and beautiful. Thanks to her resilience, the support of passionate teachers, and the generosity of Giving It Back To Kids and the donors, Diem is now closer than ever to making her dream come true.
