The Miracle That Saved Kien's Life

The Miracle That Saved Kien

Song Kien is the first child in his family, born in 2008. Unfortunately, in 2009, he was diagnosed with a fatal heart disease called Tetralogy of Fallot. The family did not have enough money to cover the cost of the surgery, and it seemed like the boy would not survive.

The sad eyes of the mother express everything

But fortunately, a miracle happened when sponsors funded his lifesaving heart surgery that same year. With a strong spirit and determination, Kien has grown up healthy and strong. He is now studying in grade 11 at Tran Phu High School in Da Nang City and has been an excellent student every year. He excels in English and dreams of becoming an English teacher in the future.

Kien's parents are incredibly proud of him and are deeply grateful to his kind and loving sponsors, as well as to you and the Giving It Back to Kids organization for saving his life. Wishing you all the best in life.
