Life Changing Opportunity
Today's story is about another life transformed by GIBTK's in 2011. Truong Hoang Tin could gain access to GIBTK's heart program to save his life. 
 
Date back to 11 years ago, Tin was only a seven-year-old boy with weak health at that time, but things are completely different now. Tin is very healthy without medicine intake, which enables him to participate in a lot of physical activities such as playing football and playing volleyball. 
 
He is now a freshman at Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport, majoring in marine economics. Tin’s elder brother goes to the same university as him while his younger brother is in grade five. Tin’s father works as a truck driver, while his mother takes care of the housework. 
 
Tin feels so blessed to have a healthy heart to live and pursue his dreams. “Thank you for the life-changing opportunity you gave me 11 years ago” Tin happily shared. 
 
To date, GIBTK has funded 1,747 life-saving heart surgeries.
