A Heart Full of Hope: Ngoc's Journey

Ngoc was born in 2003. When she was one month old, she was diagnosed with congenital heart disease (Patent Ductus Arteriosus). For years, the family worked hard in the fields to support their daughter, who was constantly in the hospital due to her illness.

Her condition worsened, and she needed an urgent operation to survive. However, her family was in an extremely difficult situation: they had no house to live in and had been living in the hospital for four years to care for their sick children. They thought that everything seemed to be leading to the end for their family when their daughter, Ngoc, became critically ill.

The person holding Ngoc is her extremely worried father

Fortunately, Giving It Back to Kids appeared like an angel to save her family just in time.

Eighteen years after that surgery, she is now a second-year History Education major at Da Nang University of Science and Education. Enrolling in an education-related program has provided her with tuition assistance, reducing the financial burden on her family.

Our president and vice president have stayed in touch with the family over time

She is currently living a very healthy life, actively participating in extracurricular activities at school, and excelling in volunteer work. Her parents are very proud to see her grow up healthy and become a good girl, promising a bright future ahead. Ngoc sincerely thanks her generous donors and Giving It Back to Kids for giving her a strong heart, paving the way for a bright future.
