Chuong's life began with a fragile heart, born in 1993 with a challenging condition known as Tetralogy of Fallot in Que Son district, Quang Nam province, Vietnam. He was the youngest of four children in a family struggling to make ends meet, with the weight of a life-saving surgery seeming like an insurmountable burden.
However, destiny intervened with the gift of sponsorship. Generous hearts came to Chuong's aid, providing the means for his much-needed heart surgery. This act of kindness not only saved his life but also ignited a spark of hope within him.
Chuong is now a barber and he owns a small hair salon, while modest in size, brings in approximately $140 per month, providing for his growing family. In 2019, Chuong got married, and now, he and his wife are proud parents of two daughters, ages 8 and 4.
His heart, now strong and filled with gratitude, overflows with thankfulness to the sponsors who made his life possible. He is determined to provide a better future for his family and pay forward the kindness that saved his life.
"We highly appreciate you and thank you for transforming lives"
