Luc's Healthy Family Tale
Luc is now healthy, thanks to the successful surgery funded by the donors in July of 2010. He is currently 27 years old and looks very mature. Luc got married in June of 2019 and now has a happy family with a precious little baby girl who is almost four years old. He is delighted that his daughter is healthy, strong, and active, attending kindergarten. Luc continues to work as an iron door maker to earn a living to support his family, while his wife is employed as a sewing worker.
Luc and his family no longer experience the daily pressure of seeing him in an unhealthy situation, as they did prior to his surgery. Despite some remaining challenges in his life, Luc feels they have everything they need in this world because he is healthy and happy. Nothing can express the relief this family has experienced, thanks to the timely care provided by Tera Shatsky. Luc now lives a positive life with good health, all thanks to the care of his donor.
Luc and his family are profoundly grateful to GIBTK and the donors for establishing a relational connection through follow-up calls, especially by funding his life transformation through surgery.
