My full name is Mai Thi Hoang Trang. I was born on 5th July, 1991 and grew up in a poor village in Quang Nam province. I got married and I was really happy to have the eldest chubby son. My family has six people: my paternal or maternal? grandmother, my parents, my aunt, my younger brother and me. One can say that my parents are great people for me. Every day, they have to work very hard to feed my younger brother and me. In spite of suffering from a lot of difficulties in their life, I’ve never seen them complain about anything. Also, I always see a warm smile on their face. I am always grateful and love my family so much.
I had a chance to help disadvantaged children.
In 2013, I graduated from Da Nang University of Education with a good bachelor’s degree and my speciality is teacher of Chemistry. After graduation, I taught Chemistry in some schools in my hometown. When I worked there, I had a chance to help disadvantaged children, but they are still innocent, optimistic and always trying in the process of learning to have a good future ahead. It reminds me a lot of beautiful memories when I was a child.
Now I am working for Giving It Back To Kids, and once again I have an opportunity to interact with the children who have different difficulties. I will try my best to share the skills and knowledge to motivate them to fulfill their beautiful dreams. That is also what I want to do, and will do when working for Giving It Back To Kids. I would like to express my sincere thanks for creating the conditions to be able to help the less fortunate children.
