Nguyen Thi Van

Hello Everyone, My name is Van. I graduated from Danang College of Foreign Languages in 2012. I started working at GIBTKs in June 2013. This is a really good environment where I can apply what I was taught in university. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. They consider GIBTKs as their second home and work with enthusiasm. What is more, I find it really a good chance that I can contribute a little for the organization’s general mission of transforming children’s lives and helping poor people.
I think we should do something helpful for society.
I come from Dien Ngoc (Dien Ban), a sunny and sandy land. My parents also had to work hard to bring myself and 4 siblings up by making Quang noodles which is a hard job. There are still a lot of poor people who need help in my hometown. I deeply sympathize with their situation. I think we should do something helpful for society. Coming to GIBTKs, I have chance to help people. I am so proud of myself because I know that small things I do contribute to change unfortunate children’s lives. I love children and I love my job.
Someone said that “Life is a book. Some chapters sad, some chapters happy and some exciting. But if you never turn the page, you will never know what the next chapter holds”. I am turning a new chapter of my life in GIBTKs, full of exciting and meaningful things.”
